How to Book/Deposits

To request a reservation, simply fill out the Request Form. Once we receive your details and approve your event, we will send you an invoice for a $100 refundable damage/cleaning deposit to hold your package and secure your date (this does not count towards the rental fee). You will also be required to sign the rental agreement/waiver form. The total rental fee will be due 7 days prior to your event. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your event. . Set up and breakdown time is included in the package fee and not calculated into the playtime. No payment processing or paperwork on the day of the event. Deposits will be returned within 1-2 days only if all balls are placed back inside the ball pit at the time of pick up. There were NO food, liquid, glitter, candy, or stains on any of the equipment. No damages to any of the equipment.

* There is a $25 charge to all parties held upstairs or in the basement.

* Tax (6%) will be added to each booking

* All rentals are for up to 4 hours of playtime
* Each additional hour is $75and needs to be requested in advance.
