What is your Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Please notify us as soon as possible at least 7 days prior to the event and we will grant you a full refund. If cancellation is less than 7 days, a credit for use at later date will be applied. Good for one year. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Delivery fee

We love serving our neighbors! Delivery and setup are completely FREE for all events within 10 miles of our Waldorf warehouse. For celebrations a little further out, a small travel fee of $2 per mile applies to cover our team’s time and transport.
